These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Sticker Select website and your purchases from us. Sticker Select is a trade name of DENHA VENDING LLC ("Sticker Select," "we," "us"). By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy are part of these Terms.

1. Custom orders

Our products are printed to order from artwork you upload. You can request a free digital proof before paying, or skip the proof and have your file printed as uploaded. When you skip the proof, you confirm your artwork, spelling, sizing, colors and design are ready for production. Custom sizes are priced at the smallest standard size they fit inside.

2. Your artwork

  • You confirm that you own, or have permission to use, all artwork, logos, text and images you upload, and that printing them does not infringe anyone's copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights.
  • You keep ownership of your artwork. You grant us a limited license to store, reproduce and modify it only as needed to produce, proof and reorder your products.
  • We store uploads privately and use them only for your orders. We do not sell or publish your artwork.
  • You agree to indemnify Sticker Select against claims arising from artwork you supply.

3. Content we won't print

We may refuse or cancel (with a full refund) any order we believe infringes someone else's rights, is unlawful, promotes violence or hate, is sexually explicit, or otherwise conflicts with our values.

4. Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and the price at checkout is the price you pay. We may change prices at any time, but changes won't affect orders already paid. Proof orders are billed only after you approve your proof. If a pricing error occurs, we'll contact you before producing the order and you may cancel for a full refund.

5. Production, shipping and color

Production and delivery times are estimates and are described in our Shipping Policy. Printed colors may vary slightly from on-screen colors, and small variations in cut position are normal in printing.

6. Discounts

Discount codes are limited to the terms stated with the offer (for example, first order only, one use per customer), can't be combined unless stated, and have no cash value.

7. Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity under it. Let us know right away if you suspect unauthorized use.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Our products are provided "as is" apart from the promises in our Refund Policy. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sticker Select is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Michigan.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page applies to orders placed after it's posted.
