Shipping policy

Free US shipping

Standard shipping is free on every order to addresses in the United States. We currently ship within the US only.

Production time

Every order is made to order. Production takes 7–10 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays). Production starts:

• Skip-proof orders: once your payment is complete.
• Proof orders: once you approve your proof and complete payment.

Our longer production window lets us batch orders efficiently, which is how we keep prices low.

Delivery time

After your order ships, delivery typically takes an additional 2–7 business days depending on your location. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order leaves our facility.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us right away — we can update it before your order ships. We aren't responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout.

Lost or damaged packages

If tracking shows no movement for 7 business days, your package arrives damaged, or it's marked delivered but you can't find it, contact sales@stickerselect.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with the carrier and, where appropriate, reprint and reship your order.
